A Cooking Class

Dear Mr. Sanderson,

I think a cooking class will be a great additional class to B.C. Rain High school. It will be an excellent learning and life experience for the students around the school. It can teach us students how to prepare a decent an organized meal and build a bond with other students by working together. On big occasions, for example, the pep rally, the students that take the cooking can can do a bake sell and raise money for the school or things that need to be improved to the school. This will impress you, teachers, faculty, and staff at the school.

Some students at B.C. Rain never been taught how to cook at home so this will be a great opportunity for those students to learn how. It's better to teach than not to teach because if we don't know something or don't know how to do something how will we have the knowledge to know. Knowledge is the key to success if you want to achieve in life. Cooking can also be a career for some students and this can be a head start for their career choice. Learning the different foods and the culture they are from and learning the traditions and backgrounds of the different foods that are cooked could very education. This could be an educational and learning experience for each and every student and this is why I think you should recommend this as an additional class to the school.

                                                                                   Sincerely, Adrianna Green
