Reader Profile
Adrianna Green Mr. Rease AP English Literature and Composition June 15, 2019 I have a few strengths and mutiple weaknesses as me being a reader. My strengths are making connectionsto what the author is trying to say when he/she is not implying it in text and knowing the tone being used in readings. My weaknesses are when authors uses words to confuse readers, reading at at a slow pace when being timed on, and searching for rhetorical devices in diffrent text. Poetry is much easier for me to understand than any any other kind reading because when reading poetry I use context clues to figure out how the text relates to the title. The purpose reading serves to me is that if I read more it will boost my reading and vocabulary skills and it will also help when I'm heading to college. I really dont have any passions about reading but i use to have big passions about reading when i was in the 5th grade all i use to do was read and I stopped when i was in the 7th grade b
